A grace period of 24 hours is permitted to reschedule or cancel - outside of this period the deposit will be lost, and a new deposit will be required for a new booking.

We do work on foreign lashes if they are of good condition, otherwise, a removal will be added to the service.

DeeLuxe dolls are welcome to use the onsite toilet facilities - however, please consider the more toilet breaks taken the increased duration of your appointment.

We offer extension, lamination, lift, tint and wax services, with our shortest appointments typically taking over 1 hour. We also sell products that offer temporary alternatives to our dolls and kits that can maintain the treatments provided by DeeLuxeLash. While we strive to accommodate you if you're running late or need to reschedule. We must have rules regarding cancellations and refund requests as unfortunately, there have been instances where our time has been taken for granted, with appointments being missed or forgotten, followed by requests to reschedule for the next day.

If you are unsure of anything at all, please contact us via email or Instagram dm with your concerns and questions.

If you are a first-time client, you are required to do a patch test. This is free and should be arranged up to 48 hours prior to your booked appointment. - a waiver form is available if you do not wish to do a patch test.

For all treatments avoid getting them wet for 24-48 hours after the appointment.

Ensure that you regularly wash your lash extensions to maintain fluffy appearance and improve retention. Buy a lash care kit to help with this!

Avoid saunas/ steam rooms 24-48 hours after the appointment.

Extreme sunlight or chlorine as this will impact retention.

Lash lift and brow laminations can be maintained with a touch-up appointment after 20 days (wax or tint only).

A lash lift and brow lamination can be rebooked 45 days after a treatment with DeeLuxeLash.

Lash extensions can be maintained with an infill 20 days after an appointment with DeeLuxeLash.

At DeeLuxeLash we strive to remain respectful and diligent and aim to assist with your appointments and order-related needs. In return, we ask for your respect as well. We all value our time, and if you can’t make your appointment and fail to inform us, it prevents us from accommodating someone else at the last minute, which negatively impacts our business. 

 

A simple text 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule is all we ask. Otherwise, we will have to retain the £15 deposit, and a new one will be required before booking a new appointment.
